He is survived by: his mother Effie Goins (Lewis); his siblings, Doris Holmes (Doug), Ralph Goins (Barb), Donnie Goins (Dot) and Carol Goins; and his children, Bobby Fugate and Trina Collins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
