She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cook and Alice Cook (Craig); and her siblings, Howard Eugene Cook (Bonnie), Shelby Cook (Ardath), Michael Cook, Eileen Oard (Bob) and Marcene Cook.
She is survived by: her son Mark Allen James Cook of Miamisburg; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Conley of Lima. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
