He is survived by: his wife Carol Lechner O'Neill; his mother Constance Exley O'Neill; his daughters, Katie O'Neill and Maura O'Neill; his stepdaughters, Danielle Brower and Alissa Deines; his grandsons, Noah and Ethan Brower; and his brothers, Tim O'Neill, Chris O'Neill and Patrick O'Neill.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southbrook Church (9095 Washington Church Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342).
