He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Hayes and Elzie Hayes (Bishop); and his wife Glenda Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Judy Hayes-Casey and Philip Alan Hayes (Kathy); his grandchildren, Weston Casey (Alecia), Courtney Casey (Tony Prater), Blake Hayes (Jenna) and Nathan Hayes (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Kayli Jo, Beau, Lucy, Nola, Callaway and Levi.
