He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Horn and Helen Horn (Lintner); and his brothers, Robert and William. He is survived by: his wife Judith Horn (Palazzolo); and his sister-in-law Sally Palazzolo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many neighbors and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (6696 N Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
