He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael Reichhardt Sr. and Margaret Alvina Reichhardt; his former wife Linda Reichhardt; his son Kevin Reichhardt; and his siblings, Nancy Harrison (Reichhardt) and Harold Reichhardt.

He is survived by: his children, Dennis Reichhardt, Cindy Warrington (Mark), Jill Sturgill (Rick) and Cheryl Gibson (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kevin Reichhardt, Matt Hayden, Andrew Warrington, Jackson Warrington, Trevor Phillips and Aubrey Gibson; his nephews, Scott Reichhardt and John Harrison; and his former wife Joan Reichhardt.
