He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Norris and Fairy F. Norris; his parents-in-law, Donald and Hazel Curtis; his sister Gloria Beatley; and his siblings-in-law, Carlton Beatley, Shirley Leslie, Michael Hazelwood and David Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his sons, Matthew H. Norris (Bobbi) and Jeffrey C. Norris (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Carly Norris, Cameron Norris (Emma Estepp), Trevor Norris, Gage Kennedy, Aiden Kennedy, Lilly Kennedy, Manning and Audrey Norris.
