He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Carter and Victoria Carter; his grandson Jason McCracken; and his son-in-law Jerry McCracken. He is survived by: his children, Vicki White (Roger), Dora, Jeff Carter (Trish), Thomas Carter (Tammy) and Lisa Ford (Mike); his former wife Betty Carter; his close friend Sue; his daughter Shannon; and his close friend Ron. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family members and friends.
