She was predeceased by: her parents, George Patrick and Beulah Patrick (Stapleton); her grandson Dalton Patrick Burgett; and her siblings, Mike Patrick, Barbara Mullins, Brenda Fields and Judy Corbin.
She is survived by: her family Earl Wayne Burgett; her children, Earl Mark Burgett (Kim) and Crystal Gail Burgett (Eric); her siblings, Garland Patrick (Karen) and Joann Phillips; and her grandson Hunter Matthew Burgett. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
