He is survived by: his parents, Kayleigh Young (Rado) and Jerrod Young; and his brother Jay. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Brooks' family is asking that you bring a book to be donated to Kettering NICU as a thank you to his incredible team who cared for him during his stay, and to inspire all of the beautiful babies still fighting.
