He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Blevins and Lacianna "Laci" Blevins; the mother of his children Tina Blevins; his siblings, Debborah Akers and Fred "Buck" Blevins (Connie); and his stepbrother Steve Horne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
