He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burton, Sr. and Clara Crockett (Ries); his spouse Shirley Thompson; his former wife Lorraine Wellendorf; his sons, Barry Crockett and David; his daughter-in-law Cecelia Crockett; his grandson Clayton Napier; his siblings, Eleanor Crockett, Celma Sloan, Leona Slona and Almond Crockett; his stepdaughter Judith; and his son-in-law Martin Hill.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Crockett and Clara Marie Gryca (John); his grandchildren, Farah Killeen (Eoin), Alona Earl (Matt), Marissa Dick (Rob), Lisa Gryca, David Hill and Andrew Hill (Jennifer); his sister Carrie Fisher; and his sister-in-law Lois Rice (Kenneth).
