He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Heintschel and Pearl Heintschel (Mominee); and his siblings, William, Carol, Jean (Rettenberger), Elizabeth (Beham) and Esther (Hornstein).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Heintschel (Simon); his children, Laurie Sedlacek (Gerald) of Blissfield, MI, Gary Heintschel (Michele) of Metamora, OH, Joan Rubel (Nicholas) of Assumption, OH and Eric Heintschel (Stacy) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Grace Heintschel, Taylor, Shayne, Benjamin, Ryan, Hannah, Noah Rubel, Katherine, Brady and Madison Heintschel; and his siblings, Janet Wlodarz (Jim), Delores Shumsky, Margaret Stoner, Theresa Ivan and Gerald Heintschel (Sandee Everhart). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
