He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Barnaby and Eileen Barnaby (Iffland); his great-grandparents, Payton (Ava), Sydney, Dean, Jaxson, Everhett, Myles, Maddox (Ruthie) and Gracee; his brother Roger Barnaby; his brother-in-law Doug Doyle; and his grandparents, Adin, Grace Barnaby, Elvin and Elizabeth Iffland.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Schang; his children, Tina Jones (Curtis) and Paul, Jr. Barnaby (Shelly); his grandchildren, Katelyn Britenriker (Mick), Ashley Sadon (Stan), Cassie Maynard (Tyler), Mallory Jones (Dylan Mills), Jamie Heidy (Nate), Jessica Schwan (Mike) and Jenna Aukerman (Mike); his sister Janet Doyle; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Korneffel, Jeanne Schang, Griff and Linda Griffiths. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home - Metamora (413 E Main St, Metamora, OH 43540).
Memorial contributions in Paul's memory may be made to the Metamora-Amboy Fire Department or the Evergreen FFA Alumni.
