She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Marks (Clough); her sibling Jerry; her father Albert "Skib" Marks; her daughter Melanie Caresse Farnsel; her former husband Kenneth Farnsel; her daughter Michelle Terise Brown (Farnsel); and her great grandchild Sophie Farnsel.
She is survived by: her son Mark Farnsel (Donna); her grandchildren, Edward Farnsel (Lauren), MacKenzi Roytek (Gary), Curtis Farnsel (Erin), Laura Dibert (Paul) and Bailey Brown; her great grandchildren, Logan, Brady, Collin, Madison Roytek, FaithAnn Brown, Alexa, Lyla Dibert, Zoe, Kenny, Cody Farnsel, Margot and Jay Farnsel; and her sisters, Sharon Sears and Marie "Peaches" Romano.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Blissfield, Michigan or to The Evergreen Community Library in Metamora, Ohio.
