With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick D. Kruczkowski (Metamora, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 30, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kruczkowski and Jacqueline Kruczkowski (Brooks); and his brother Dennis Kruczkowski. He is survived by: his pet Winston; his sister Kim Vanalstine (David); and his aunts, Joanie and Phylis. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
