He is survived by: his wife Cindy Simon; his daughters, Kellie Ricica, Carissa Kaczmarczyk (Anthony) and Jamie Gillette (Douglas); his grandchildren, Levi Gillette and Clara Gillette; his siblings-in-law, William Simon (Bonnie), Larry Simon, Ron Simon (Kate) and Shelley Miller (John); his close friend Tom Mey; his parents-in-law, William and Phyllis Simon; and his sister-in-law Judy Simon.
