She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Salisbury and Emma Salisbury (Northington); and her husband James L. Witt (Millard Adkins). She is survived by: her daughters, Lorrie A. Miller (Robert) and Jamie L. Goedde (Chad); her sister April Ellis; her grandchildren, Alexis, Rylee, Wyatt, Olivia, Izzy and Braelynn; and her son Dave Milligan.
