He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Amber Heuerman (Zach); his stepsons, Chad Johnson (Tara), Joseph Johnson, Elbert Hollstein (Elizabeth) and Kit Hollstein; his brothers, Brian Bradner (Colette), Mike Bradner (Kelly) and Damien McInnis (Lisa); his birth mother Ellen Hill; and his siblings, Bo Reid (Nanette), Becky Harris, Jackie Bortel (Tom) and Kimberly Sewell (Shawn). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
