He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sominski and Mary Sominski (Nowak); his son Christopher Sominski; and his siblings, Gertrude Kosch, Florence Sowers, Martha Pryzybylski, John and Richard Sominski.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sominski (Herrick); his brother Tom Sominski; his granddaughters, Ashley Sominski (John Bussdieker), Nicole Jensen (Eddie), Kasey Sominski (Matt Carmondy) and Emily Sominski (Adam Winkelman); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Kinley, Layla Jensen, Stella and Leo Bussdieker.
