She was predeceased by: her father Ed Sly; and her brother Tommy Sly. She is survived by: her mother Janet Sly; her son Zac Sly; her siblings, Debbie Jenkins (Dave), Suzzette Hinkle (Scott) and Kenny Sly; her nieces and nephews, Derrick Sly, David, Jeremy Jenkins, Kyle Sly, Andrea and Keyaira Sly; and her great-nephew Jasper.
