He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos and Elizabeth Barkman Sr. (Schmucker); and his son Samuel Barkman. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his children, Daniel Barkman (Rhoda), Loma Mae Mullet (David Jr.), Laura Mast (Allen), Lucinda Miller (Robert) and Steven Barkman. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
