He is survived by: his children, Barbara Ann Miller (Jonas) of North Bloomfield, Joseph E. Miller of Orwell and Marie E. Miller (David) of Chardon; and his siblings, Emma Brown of Meadville, PA, Elizabeth Byler of Kentucky, Joseph Miller of Kentucky, David Miller Jr. of Kentucky, Sarah Miller of Kentucky and Mary Byler of Kentucky. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
