He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Nancy; and his nephew Greg Frenk. He is survived by: his wife Heather Simmonds of Mentor; his sons, Jason and Nicholas DeParto of Mentor; his granddaughter Autumn DeParto; his brother John Frenk (Ann) of Wellington, OH; and his nephews, Neil and Todd Frenk.
