She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Robert W. Connelly; her siblings, John Kozak (late Carol), Cindy Paulnits (Robert Caruso), Frederick Kozak (Cindi) and Marsha Gati (Frank); her nieces and nephews, Adam Berti, Carrie Lynn Zorker (Chris) and Rebecca Santasiero (Joseph); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adam Berti Jr., Raine Zorker and Arya Santasiero; and her pets, Thome and Bingo. She was also cherished by Mentor; where family will receive friends.
