It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vaughn Duane Fox (Mentor, Ohio), who passed away on May 11, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ollie J.; and his siblings, Eleanor Pinkham and Robert Fox. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Debra Greiner (David), Scott Fox (Vicki) and Michael Fox; and his grandchildren, Scott Fox, Mindy Dement, Jonathan Holodniak, Sean Holodniak, Luke Fox, Nick Fox, Joe Greiner, Andy Greiner and Matt Greiner. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
