He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn E. Roth and Sarah Amy Roth (Salkeld); and his brother-in-law Gary Hill. He is survived by: his wife Carol Roth (Erickson); his children, Justin Roth and Evelynn Mitchell (Joseph); his granddaughters, Lillian Roth and Kayla Mitchell; and his siblings, Brian Roth (Alice) and Glenda Hill.

Donations in his name to the American Cancer Society are welcome.
