Offutt (Edmund Polubinski, III) of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Madeleine Fresco, Elizabeth Polubinski, Thomas and Brent Offutt; and his siblings, Josephine Millspaugh, Bentley Offutt (Ann) and James Offutt (Bardelle).
