He was predeceased by: his wife Bonita Lyn Lewis; his parents, Alcwyn E. Lewis and Gladys L. Lewis; and his sister Jeanne Whiston. He is survived by: his children, Tami M. Lewis and Gary L.; his daughter-in-law Julie; his grandchildren, Owen, Kate and Anna; and his pet Willow.
