She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Qualman and Lola Qualman (Stucky); her husband Dwight Coffin; her siblings, Kay Howell and Ronald Qualman; her brother-in-law Frank Howell; her son-in-law Mark Barnett; her niece Carol Mitchell; and her nephew Raymond Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Coffin (Tammy), Susan Fletcher (Michael) and Sarah Coffin; her grandchildren, Kennedy Coffin, Carter Coffin, Cory Fletcher (Jes), Kevin Fletcher (Shannon Davis), Jeffrey Fletcher, Jason Fletcher and Laura Tollett (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Zeva Fletcher Sheets, Maggie Fletcher, Gaius Davis and London Tollett.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Shirley to Alzheimer's Association or the ministries of Mentor United Methodist Church.
