She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Virginia; and her sister Sandra Hitzel. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Ries (Joseph) of Brunswick; her grandson Connor Beckett Ries; and her siblings, Robert Rowan, Phyllis J. Ross, Diana Mausling, Angela Futch (Thomas), Rebecca Ugwu and Betty Rowan.
