He was predeceased by: his wife Claudia Sue Claflin; and his parents, William Harold and Margaret Eileen Claflin. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Claflin (Lesli), William Claflin (Sonya) and Victoria Claflin Delp (Dean); his grandchildren, Clarissa Harvey (Michael), Robert Claflin, Maura Claflin, Scott Claflin, Brittany Minerovic (Brent), Courtney Chieffo (Troy) and Hunter Delp; his siblings, Jill Claflin and Gary Claflin (Lucyanne); and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Claflin (Linda), Melody Sickle (Jeff), Kaitlyn Sickle, Kelly Sickle, William "Bud" Evans and Brian Evans.
