It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bartalott Bell of Mentor, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Ann Bell; and his parents, Jack Bell and Wilda Bell. He is survived by: his children, Bradley C. Bell (Patricia) of Seven Field, PA and Courtney E. Bell of Mooresville, NC; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Wesley. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
