The passing of Patricia L. Smolik (Mentor, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 85. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Michele Somrak (Michael), Mark Smolik (Linda), Greg Smolik (Lorrie), Danene Beal (William) and James Smolik (Christine); her grandchildren, Katy Soeder (Brian), Lauren Duke (Kyle), Jim Smolik (Alex), Matthew Smolik (Madeline), Emily Beal, Patrick Beal (Alexis), Brian Beal (Katherine), Ashley Beal and Faith Smolik; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Samantha Soeder, Ruth, Lillian Smolik, Peter Beal, Noah, Leo Pease and Lilah Duke; her parents, Anthony Jarosz and Frances Jarosz; her brother Bruce Jarosz (Debbie); and her nieces and nephews, Becky, Mandy and Jacqui. She was also cherished by her family and friends missing her amazing pies, cream puffs and beautifully decorated cakes, but most importantly missing the mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church (7575 Bellflower Rd, Mentor, OH 44060).
