She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Whitely; her parents, Andrew Balazs and Mary Balazs; and her brothers, Andrew Balazs, Steven Balazs (late Phyllis), Julius Balazs and John Balazs (late Mona).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel J. Whitely (Kathy), Timothy M. Whitely (Julie), Michael J. Whitely (Roberta) and Ann T. Brinkmann (Dan); and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Balazs.
