She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Valjean; her daughter Andrea Valjean; her grandson Matthew; and her parents, Vincenzo Cerullo and Michelina Cerullo.

She is survived by: her children, Dolores A. McFarlane, Vincent Valjean, Florentino Valjean, Michelle D. Valjean (Doug Ebbert) and Yvonne G. Garin; her grandchildren, Michael, Imari, Daniel Jr., Sean and Nathan; and her great grandchild Kalen.
