She is survived by: her children, Robert Hlebak of Painesville, Christopher Hlebak (Marianne) of Mooresville, NC., Michael Hlebak of Wilmington, OH., Cynthia Hlebak of Eastlake, Deborah Petrich (Daniel) of Willoughby, Constance Wood (Bob) of Eagle River, AK., Linda Hlebak of Painesville and Laura Hlebak of Eastlake; and her grandchildren, Jessica Bokal (Jason), Trisha Buchynsky (AL), Dr. Samantha Hlebak (Nicholas Biddell), Nicole Acken (Kevin), Bradley Hlebak and Alexandria Hlebak. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
She loved animals, especially Isaac the cat, and donated to many animal rights causes.
