Kozlowski (Thomas); her stepdaughters, Laura Bozickovich (Mitch), Margaret Goats (Rick) and Maryann Tiscenko; her grandchildren, Daniel Kozlowski, Kyle Kozlowski (Frank Dawson), Christopher Kozlowski (Brooke), Kristen Stephanini, Brandon Bozickovich, Margaret Goats (Rick), Michaelle, Elizabeth McMannes, Bobby, Mary Mathis, Mason Goats, Brittany Simcic, Amanda Fielding, Jeremy Malaney, Nicholas and Angela Tiscenko; her great grandchild Danielle; her sister JoAnn Rice; her nieces, Lorrie Smolic (Greg) and JoAnn Vlach (Tim); and her nephew John Rice.
