She was predeceased by: her husband James P. Murphy; her sons-in-law, Richard Payerchin and Ronald Valyko; her parents, Francis J. Sexton and Agnes Sexton; her sisters, Coletta Ryan, Judy Duda and Alice Ryan; and her brother-in-law Joseph Morgan.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen C. Payerchin, James P. Murphy Jr. (Karen Schuster) and Maureen A. Valyko; her grandchildren, Richard M. Payerchin (Lisa), Moira Cavell (Jerry), Anne Payerchin Wilce, David Payerchin (Lindsey Kovach), Matthew James Murphy (Katie), Kelly Robin Monaghan (Joe), Patrick Robert Murphy (Stacey), Carla Valyko Ronnebaum (Christopher) and Eric Valyko (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Miranda, Ava, Gino, OIivia, Leonardo, Mya, Sydney, Lua Rose, Lily Mae, Cody, Kyle, Ethan, Molly, Mackenzie, Colin, Gavin, Noah, Jackson, Aiden, Clare and Maren; her siblings, Frank Sexton (Kay), Bernadette Morgan, Lawrence Sexton (Janice) and Cecelia Sexton; and her brother-in-law Jim Duda.

“Aunt Lorraine was such a sweet and pretty lady and my favorite Aunt. I remember sleepovers with Kathy in her 1st home in Euclid and all the family parties, weddings, and big life events. She was always ready to listen and was so interested. I remember looking at her wedding picture with Uncle Jim during WWll and admiring her pretty suit and dark hair. A true Irish beauty! She and Jim are now together again in heaven as she told him before he passed. Rest in peace Rainie. All my sympathies! K.O.”
