She was predeceased by: her grandmother Helen Brothers; her parents, Phillip Collins and Imogene Collins; and her sisters, Phyllis Runions and Pam Daron.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Morgan, Andrew, Madison, Curtis, Michael and Eric; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Ivy Larsen; her husband Jerry; her sons, Jerry Scott (Diane) and David Larsen (Sherry); and her brothers, Michael Collins and Pat Collins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Mentor United Methodist Church (8600 Mentor Ave, Mentor, OH 44060).
