It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Adams of Mentor, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though John may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his wife Donna (Gray); his parents, Felix Adams and Bertha Adams; his sisters, Ann Greider and Felicia Grant; and his nephew Bill Greider.
He is survived by: his nephews, James Greider (Nancy) of Flower Mound, TX, Peter Grant (Nancy) of Wilmington, NC, Steve Grant (Peggy) of Cincinnati, OH and Timothy Grant (Jill) of Stow; and his niece Martha Mucciarone (Mark) of Harrison, TN.
John had requested that memorial contributions be made to The Holden Arboretum (holdenfg.org) 9500 Sperry Rd, Kirtland, Ohio, 44094.
