Jerome Mandelik; his son James A; his grandsons, Patrick Mandelik (Emily Morrissette), Sean Mandelik (Katie) and Logan Mandelik (Krista); his stepdaughter Cheryl Angelone Alderman; and his sister Catherine Kalal (Jerold).
