She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Larry Blevins (Sharon) of Madison and Ronald Blevins of Mentor; her grandchildren, Eric Blevins (Tanya), Christopher Blevins (Amanda), Ronald Blevins, Jr. (Brooke), Laura Blevins, Eldon Ray Blevins, Jr. (Cindy) and Patricia Adams; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Brianna, Deven, Ryleigh, Donavin, Lily, Amanda, Ronald III, Kaliey, Rebecca and Wyatt; her siblings, Judy Hodge (Homer), Norma Schrader and Paul Perkins; her husband Cecil; her son Eldon Ray Blevins, Sr.; her parents, Luther Perkins and Ora Perkins (Dunford); and her siblings, David Perkins, Edward Perkins, Beatrice Brown, Vencile Perkins, Hershel Perkins and Darrell Perkins. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
