He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Haney and Esther Lee Haney (Rankin). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Haney (Huggins); his children, Edward A. Haney (Marjorie), Vicki L. House (Mel Jr.) and Vivian L. Sarkis (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Greer (Ryan), Danielle Sharpnack (Michael), Arielle Hieronimus (Andrew), Jarrod House, Lauren Perez (Rafael) and Anthony Sarkis; and his niece Margaret Sottosanti. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
