She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; her parents, Stefan Javorek and Katarina Javorek; and her siblings, John, Joseph, Rudolph, Edward, Sylvester, Albert, Lucille and Bernard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Sipols (Andrew), Jeanne Mulligan (Roland) and Jacqueline Haas; and her grandchildren, Matthew Sipols (Karen), Joanna Nativio (Daniel), Colleen Kline (Scott) and Sarah Jeran (Jason). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
