She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Charles Porter; her children-in-law, Robbie Porter and John Bucks; her grandson Matthew; and her parents, William Gale and Mildred Gale.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Porter, Jill Rossman (Richard), Keith Porter (Laurie), Kurt Porter, Kim Boggs (Jeff) and Gail Porter; her grandchildren, Stefanie (Bryce), Megan, Troy, Julianne (Collin), Ronald (Julia), Erica, Kyle (Annie), Aurielle (Addison), Bryce and Austin; her great grandchildren, Declan and Canaan; and her siblings, William Gale (Toni) and Dorothy "Dottie" Vodrazka (Jack).
