He is survived by: his children, Crystal Rose Allen, Michael Lee Allen and Dustin Ray McLaughlin (Jenna); his grandsons, Dustin Ray McLaughlin Jr. and Luke Riley George; his siblings, R. Michael Allen (Kelly) and Joy Sherry (Mark); his sister-in-law Linda Allen; his aunt Margaret Hay; and his caregiver Jill Willoughby.
