With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel J. Ziemak of Mentor, Ohio, born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Nicole Ziemak; his granddaughter Chantell; his parents, Donald Ziemak and Mildred Ziemak; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Rita Forristal.

He is survived by: his spouse Terry Ziemak; his children, Natalie Wind-Thunder (Govinda), Stephanie Ziemak and Donald Ziemak (Lizz); his grandchildren, Kyron, Carlos Jr., Anthony, Chris, Alex, Julian, Nicole and Donald II; and his siblings, Rick Ziemak (Julie) and Melanie Ziemak.
