He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Moriarty; his parents, Lawrence Moriarty and Catherine Moriarty; and his brothers, Thomas Moriarty and James Moriarty.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Moriarty Santa (Jack) of South Euclid, Timothy Moriarty of Euclid and Mark Moriarty; his grandchildren, Sean Santa (Leslie), Ryan Santa (Victoria), Caroline Gainley (TJ) and Mackenzie Moriarty; and his great grandchildren, Micah, Adam Santa, Clare and Morgan Gainley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his honor be made to the Smock Historical Society, 1083 Cross Creek Drive, Uniontown, PA 15401.
