She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Kwiatkowski and Marianne Kwiatkowski; and her sister-in-law Nancy Konow. She is survived by: her spouse Dee H. Callow; her siblings, Karen Homer (Steve), James Kwiatkowski (Pamela) and Cindy Baney; her sister-in-law Joyce Leipski of Tampa, Fla.; and her stepdaughter Holly of Ocean Shores, Wash.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and all her many friends.
